Yes. Morgan Hope products are designed and manufactured in Britain, with most of our luminaires assembled at our Southport facility. We use UK and EU-sourced components wherever practical and quality-test every fixture before it ships.

What's the typical lifespan of a Morgan Hope LED product?

Our LED ranges are rated for 50,000+ hours of operation under normal conditions — roughly equivalent to 11+ years at 12 hours per day. Specific lifespan depends on the fixture and operating environment; full L70 / L90 figures are listed on each product's spec sheet.

What warranty do Morgan Hope products carry?

Standard warranty is 5 years on most LED luminaires, extending to 7 years on select industrial ranges. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and abnormal failure; consumables and improper installation are excluded. See the individual product page for the specific warranty period.

Can you retrofit our existing fittings instead of replacing them?

Our bespoke gear-tray service designs custom LED PCBs that drop into existing luminaire housings — keeping the original carcass, wiring and brackets while delivering modern LED performance. Initial surveys are free; a formal report with energy modelling is included in any subsequent quotation.

For products in the Store section, prices are listed on the product page. For non-stocked items, bespoke designs, or larger volumes, use the Contact form or request a quote on the product page itself — we'll usually respond within one working day.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Online orders via the Store accept all major debit and credit cards (processed through Stripe). For project orders we accept bank transfer against a signed quotation. We're VAT-registered; UK customers see VAT-inclusive pricing on stock items by default.

What are typical lead times?

Stock items in the Store typically ship within 2–3 working days. Project orders for bespoke or large-volume builds vary by specification; a representative lead time is included in every quotation. Emergency replacements can often be expedited — contact us if you need rapid turnaround.

Do you ship outside the UK?

We ship most LED luminaires to the EU and Republic of Ireland by carrier; rates depend on weight and destination. Heavier industrial ranges or full-project consignments are quoted per shipment. Contact us before placing an order if you need international delivery.

Do your products carry CE / UKCA certification?

Yes. All current Morgan Hope luminaires carry UKCA marking, and continue to carry CE marking where required for EU markets. Test certificates are available on request for project specifications.

Do you supply photometric (LDT / IES) files?

Accepted Answer

Photometric files for most products are available on request — useful for lighting designers running Dialux, Relux or AGi32 simulations. Contact us with the product slug and we'll send the appropriate files; we're also working on attaching them to product pages over the coming weeks.

LED conversion typically delivers 60–85% energy savings versus equivalent legacy fluorescent or HID fixtures.
